Using build-in bluetooth module of Toshiba Tecra M2 Notebook:
Download this file: toshiba_acpi.c
and replace it with the file toshiba_acpi.c in your kernel source tree (e.g. /usr/src/linux/drivers/acpi).
Tested with gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.11-rX
To enable it execute following commands:
echo 'power:1' > /proc/acpi/toshiba/bluetooth
sleep 1
echo 'attach:1' > /proc/acpi/toshiba/bluetooth
